Enjoy stunning views of Wilder Kaiser mountain and relax in this chalet in St Johann. It has a sauna to rejuvenate and electric heating for a comfortable stay for a group or families with children.

It is a paradise for ski lovers. Ski in and ski out for you are located right on the slopes. During summer activities like summer toboggan runs, golf courses, hiking and biking will keep you engaged. Restaurants are nearby at 300 m and supermarket lie 650 m away. The active town center is only 1 km away.

The Austrian design and electric heating and wood stove gives a cosy ambience. Spend time relishing a barbecue meal and enjoying the fresh air and mountain view from the terrace. Please park the vehicles in the two carports marked Hollerhaus 1-2 and store bicycles and skis in the garden shed. A large collection of games in the right box under the TV in the WoZi. There are books throughout the house that you are welcome to read, look at and study.

Sehr geräumiges und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, ideal gelegen: 5 Minuten von der Seilbahn, 10 Minuten vom Dorfzentrum entfernt. Im Ort selbst gibt es drei Kaufhäuser und viele gemütliche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir haben den schönen Garten des Hauses, der über zwei Sitzecken verfügt, viel genutzt. Der erste Sitzbereich (direkt neben dem Haus) war ideal, um morgens draußen zu frühstücken, der zweite Sitzbereich (unter dem großen Baum im Garten) bietet bei wärmerem Wetter ein tolles Plätzchen im Schatten. Geräumige Zimmer und Badezimmer, separates Ankleidezimmer. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Jura-Kaffeemaschine, für uns ein großes Plus). Das Haus hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Tal/Dorf/die Berge an der Vorderseite. Vom Haus aus sind Ausflüge zum Kitzbüheler Horn (u.a. Park mit Hochseilgarten, diverse Wander- und Mountainbikestrecken, mehrere gemütliche Berghütten etc.) sehr gut zu unternehmen. Im Ort selbst gibt es das auf jeden Fall empfehlenswerte Freibad „Panorama Badewelt“ (=Schwimmen im Freien mit einzigartigem Blick auf die Berge). Es gibt auch viele andere interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe des Dorfes (u. a. Burg Kufstein, Spaziergang durch die Griessbachschlucht, Badesee in Going, Achensee...) Sehr freundliche Besitzer und Haushälterin. Die Besitzer besorgten uns die Ortsgastkarte, so dass wir an vielen Orten z. B. Ermäßigungen auf Eintrittspreise erhielten. Wir können unseren Aufenthalt nur sehr positiv bewerten, das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen!
