The holiday home Ria is a comfortable and bright house located in Gondolici, a suburb of Labin. The house is situated on a hill surrounded by green nature. Just a minute's walk away, you'll reach a wonderful viewpoint offering views of the Croatian coast. On clear days, you can see as far as Cres.
Nearby, you can hike on well-maintained trails, cycle, dive, or sunbathe and swim in the nearby bay of Prtlog.
The house, with a living area of 110m2, consists of two bedrooms, an open-plan living and dining area, and two bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned.
One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a double bed and a single bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped.
The house is set on a plot of over 1000m2 and features a 19m2 pool. Additionally, the large garden offers a small play area for the youngest guests.

The village of Gondolici is located 2km from Labin and 3km from the beach (Prtlog Bay).
The house Ria is nestled amidst green nature, including surrounding vineyards. It is a very peaceful location perfect for recovering from everyday stress. A shopping facility is 2km away. The nearest restaurant is 1.9km away.
On the east coast of Istria, you will find pine forests, enchanting white pebble beaches, and crystal-clear water. Rabac is known as the pearl of the Kvarner Bay. Above Rabac lies the ancient Labin with a thousand-year history.
