Renewed in 2003, this beautiful house from 1910 still preserves its traditional character. All spaces are on the ground floor and the top floor is closed and not available. When you enter you find a beautiful living room where you can relax while you chat, watch the TV-Sat or a DVD film, or enjoy a good reading by the warmth of the wood stove when it's cold outside. Next, you find the dining kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and all you need to cook during your stay. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two shower bathrooms in the house and 4 bedrooms with a fan, 3 of them with a closet and two of them with exit to the garden. Two of the bedrooms feature twin beds and the other two offer a double bed each. A baby cot and a high chair also are available.
The exterior area of this beautiful villa is spectacular. A great variety of greenery thanks to the trees, plants and and stunning lawn area, surrounds the pretty stone building and the chlorine pool. This is located in a higher level, is completely private and it sizes 8 x 4 metres whilst the water depth ranges from 1.2 to 1.7 metres. There is a great sun deck area by the pool with 6 sun loungers where you have also a space where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. You also can enjoy a delicious barbecue all together on the several tables available under the wooden structure. The furnished porch is also perfect for this purpose. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
The holding of events is forbidden.
There is parking space for 4 cars.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

The property is located amid the beautiful and rural towns of Felanitx and Vilafranca de Bonany. This is perfect to know the authentic Majorca enjoying the peace of the countryside at the same time. In addition, ther are wonderful beaches not far away like Cala Marçal, about 21 km away, and Cala Mandia, es Trenc or Portocristo. Felanitx is only 7 km away and here you will find all services for a nice stay like supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
Tourist supplement: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from 1 April until October 31.
Tourist supplement: € 0.55 per person per night (not included) from 1 November until March 31.
The deposit will be paid on arrival.
