We are letting our new frontline beach penthouse with direct access to the beach. The property PENTHOUSE BERMUDA BEACH 2 is very spacious with over 280m² built surface (including terraces!). The property offers unforgettable views over the Mediterranean Sea from Estepona till Gibraltar and Africa. You enjoy panoramic sea views from almost every room. The entire penthouse has been refurbished in year 2020 with a modern touch. On the main level is the spacious living room with dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and the partly covered main terrace with over 60m². Listen to the sea and relax on our lordly outside lounge or at the garden table and 2 sunloungers . When you seat in the living room, you enjoy perfect seaviews. The complex 'El Mirador de Bermuda Beach' is located on the very first beachline between the city of Estepona and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas/ Manilva. The complex offers private paddle tennis court, spacious garden and community pools direct on the beach. PAYMENT POLICY:
1. Please do not transfer cash payments by post.
2. All payments should only be made by one person, if possible this should be the leader of your tour group as mentioned in the reservation confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS (FOR RESERVATIONS FOR 2020):
Cancellations are only accepted in writing, the next working day is the date of receipt of the cancellation!
When the guest has made a payment, they receive:
1. Full 100% refund of the previously paid amount if canceled 31 days before check-in.
2. 50% reimbursement of the previously paid amount if canceled 15-30 days before arrival
3. No refund of the previously paid amount for cancellations 0-14 days before arrival
COVID 19 REBOOKING OPTION for reservations for 2020:
You can rebook / change your existing reservation for 2020 up to 4 weeks before arrival to another period for 2020 or 2021.
All net payments made are accepted for the new period. (VOUCHER)
All requests for changes that arrive less than 4 weeks before arrival are considered a cancellation.
