The first beach in Poreč is located 7 km away from the villa. The house is spread over two floors ( 144 m2) . The ground floor has a kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with balcony and sea view in the distance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned. A beautifully landscaped and spacious garden with a barbecue terrace and private pool ( 30 m2) will delight guests. Parking place is located inside the yard. A modern and comfortable interior with details of Istrian architecture will satisfy the most demanding guests. Pets and parties are not allowed.

On the western coast of Istria, surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation blended with olive groves, vineyards and fields, you can find the Kaštelir-Labinci Municipality. Two villages - Kaštelir and Labinci, have been gradually urbanistically expanding during the centuries which resulted in their being merged into one municipality located some ten kilometers north of Poreč.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
