The house layout: The living area is about 75 square meters. From the balcony you come into the appealing living room with kitchen counter. In addition to the large dining table, there is a small seating area. Two bedrooms for max 5 persons: 1 bedroom with double bed. In the second bedroom with two single beds can be additionally set up a folding bed. Both bedrooms are nicely furnished. Radio, SAT-Tv, as well as pellet central heating complete the equipment of the beautiful holiday home.
On the long balcony you can enjoy sea view! The view goes over the gentle landscape to the sea and it attracts the beautiful sunsets on the Sardinian west coast. Barbecue in the garden and garden chairs. Lots of space on the well caped garden property.

The landscape invites to long peaceful walks. Beaches in endless variation invite you to relax, the clean blue sea for snorkeling and swimming. In Bosa there is a canoe rental and stand-up paddeling is offered. In addition, paragliding. A quiet, cozy area that still offers entertainment and variety.
The house is located on a hill just above Santa Maria del Mare near Bosa. It is only a stone's throw to the long beaches of Porto Alabe and Bosa Marina. Untill 30 days before your arival, the complete Payment in advance will be kept.
29 – 15 days you have to pay 50% of the total amount
14 – 8 days you have to pay 75% of the total amount
7 days you have to pay 90% of the total amount.
If you have to cancel your booked accomodation, we always keep 50 Euros for our Services.
If you want to change parts of the Contract, we keep 20 Euros for this Service, if it’s possible to make a change.
