For those who are looking for a home where they can switch off from everyday life and feel good, Villa Roži is the perfect choice. In the village near Žminj, where the house is located, a retreat for up to 9 people can be offered.
This renovated old Istrian house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining / living room, all on the ground floor. The air conditioning is in the living room.
In the large yard (800 m2) around the villa there is a covered terrace, a large pool, deck chairs and a barbecue.

The villa is located in a small village Roži. The environment is very quiet and you can really switch off. By car in a few minutes you can easily reach Žminj (3 km).
Beautiful beaches of Istria are all reachable in just 30 minutes, and we especially recommend the beaches around Bale - crystal clear sea, magnificent trees and a beautiful view of the open sea.
