The exclusive N&T Design Villa is located at the end of the charming village of Peroj.
It is located within a kilometer of the beach and only 300 meters from the nearest market and restaurants. N&T Design Villa is a wonderful exclusive house set in its own large garden which provides a perfect haven for pure peace, rest and relaxation.
The interior is spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated. The villa is composed of an open space living room, dining room, kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and one separate bathroom. The bathrooms in the rooms are equipped with a walk in shower. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
The garden is also spacious and is equipped with quality garden forniture as well as with a grill and a children's playground and a trampoline. N&T Design Villa presents a large 40m2 heated swimming pool and a whirlpool.
The Villa is located in its own large and quiet garden in the charming village of Peroj.
The beaches go all along the town so that everyone can find his favorite place and enjoy swimming and relaxation.

We recommend interesting visits to the nearby Rovinj, Poreč, the historic city of Pula (11 km from Peroj) with its ancient Roman monuments. Moreover, a 15 minute boat ride from Fazana (2 km from Peroj,) will bring you to the National Park of the Brijuni Islands, President Tito's former residence, where he welcomed official international guests and movie stars. A small museum on the main Island will give you the necessary information from that time.
The house is only 11 km far from Pula, Istria's main city, which offers good shopping.
