Das Gästehaus war sauber und ordentlich. Es handelt sich um eine 11-Personen-Wohnung. In der Praxis gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem guten Doppelbett. 6 Personen schlafen gut. Wir hatten für 9 Personen gebucht. Für die drei zusätzlichen Personen standen Tragen bereit, auf denen alle Beteiligten schlecht schliefen. Warum nicht gute Betten bereitstellen? Ich habe den Gastgeber 20 Mal angerufen. Er konnte nie zum Telefon greifen. Er erhielt jedoch eine SMS mit dem Hinweis, dass er nur schriftlich erreichbar sei. Wir haben dies als sehr abweisend empfunden. Als im Flur eine Lampe kaputt war, haben wir dies per SMS gemeldet; Darauf gab es keine Reaktion. Nach einem Tag war die Klinke der Haustür verschwunden und wir waren zu zweit auf der Straße. Erneut angerufen, nicht abgehoben. Dann kam eine SMS-Antwort. Es wurde sofort jemand geschickt, um die Sache in Ordnung zu bringen. Da die Kommunikation so schwierig war, haben wir auch Belvilla angerufen. Es war Wochenende, daher rief die Belvilla-Notrufnummer an. Sie haben nicht abgenommen!! Das ist eine tolle Notrufnummer!! Habe eine Nachricht hinterlassen, aber nie wieder etwas von Belvilla gehört. Belvilla hat vielleicht etwas vom Eigentümer gehört, aber eine Rückmeldung erscheint uns angebracht. Am wichtigsten ist jedoch die Tatsache, dass es für unsere Gruppe 3 Schlüssel gab. Durch eine unglückliche Wendung der Ereignisse kam es vor, dass 3 Schlüssel bereits mit Leuten unterwegs waren, während 4 von uns noch drinnen waren. Andere Gäste nutzen jedoch denselben Haupteingang des Gebäudes. Sie hatten die Haustür verschlossen. Wir wurden also mit 4 Personen eingesperrt. Für uns war es damals schnell gelöst. Allerdings glaube ich nicht, dass dies möglich ist. Wenn ein Feuer ausbricht, kann man nicht raus. Unglaublich, dass es eine Tür gibt, die man nicht immer von innen öffnen kann. Normalerweise würde ich eine Beschwerde nicht auf diesem Weg vorbringen, sondern dies mit dem Gastgeber besprechen. Aber ja, wenn er nie verfügbar ist..... Ich würde gerne eine sachliche Antwort von Ihnen sehen.
