In 2019, the former washhouse was transformed into an architectural gem according to the latest ecological standards and was refurnished with great attention to detail. The entire structure is made of wood, and birch wood has been used in almost all interior spaces to create an optimal indoor climate.
The house is situated in a quiet and sunny location on the edge of an idyllic park landscape. Here you will find the approximately 7.5 m x 2.5 m pool (open seasonally from mid-May to the end of September).
