There are 3 types of villas to choose from. All villas have the same interior and floor plan, you just need to choose Villa Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3! *The only difference between the houses is in the location of the pool.
The Villa can accommodate up to 8+2 guests. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (each room) has a private bathroom). You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room. You can relax next to your private pool and lay on sun loungers. You have access to 2 terraces and a charcoal grill. The Villa is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday.
The closest beach is only 300 meter away, and there are restaurants in walking distance.

Banjole is a small place near Medulin and Pula. Banjole is a perfect and peaceful place to enjoy the sea and the sun. An excellent choice for both young people and older people.
There are plenty of beaches and restaurants nearby, such as the famous fish restaurant Batelina.
We recommend visiting the Cape Kamenjak which is famous for its beautiful rocks, clean sea and nature. Cape Kamenjak is only 3 km away from Banjole.
Medulin is a tourist town where you can visit bars, nightclubs, sandy beaches and parks.
