The estate is made of a larger villa and the detached stone house which makes it perfect for the large parties and families but also providing couple privacy in the smaller villa. It can accommodate up to 10 people. The large villa has 3 charming bedrooms, all with the belonging en suite bathrooms with one additional on the groundfloor, decorated with handpicked details and offering large built-in closets which makes them perfect for a longer stay. The open area connects a handmade wooden kitchen, a dining room with a large table and the cozy living room full of daylight and overlooking the beautiful surrounding nature and the swimming pool. The smaller villa consists of 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and the magnificent traditional living room with an open fireplace and the belonging kitchen. Both villas are fully air-conditioned which may them perfect for a stay through the whole year.
The villa is set just about 12 km from the beaches and approx. 19 km from Labin and 24 km from Rabac. Labin and Rabac are larger tourist centers. Nestled on a hilltop just above the magical coastline, Labin is the historic and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts. Rabac is a seaside resort, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by beautiful pebbly beaches, offering numerous sports and entertainment facilities.

The famous gem of Gračišće is a short drive away and it will dazzle you with its old beauty.
