Description

Visit us in Austria at our holiday apartment. Look forward to a vacation with a balcony and rooftop terrace over a 65 sqm living space. Our holiday apartment is located on the sunny side of Aurach in a very quiet area. The apartment is on the first floor of our single-family house and is equipped with natural wood floors and a tiled stove. It consists of a living kitchen with a kitchen unit and dining table. The spacious living room has a pull-out couch, satellite TV, and radio. 1 bedroom with a double bed (including bed linen), bathroom with 1 sink, bathtub and shower cabin (including shower and hand towels, hairdryer), separate toilet, anteroom, large south-facing balcony, rooftop terrace, and parking space for your car.

Holiday destination

Detached house in a quiet, sunny location with a top view of the KitzbÃ¼hel Alps! Very quiet location on the mountain. Ideal for hiking and touring, but the KitzbÃ¼hel ski area is only 8 km away. From the apartment, you can see the ski slopes and also the mountain station of the Hahnenkamm!

Getting there

Coming from KitzbÃ¼hel, turn left towards Oberaurach. Then pass the church on your left. At the next fork, turn right onto Haselwandweg. It's about 2 km, mostly uphill, to our house! Winter equipment is required in winter!

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Obernauer und haben die Umgebung größtenteils mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Blick vom Balkon und sogar vom Esstisch auf die Berge ist einfach traumhaft schön!!! Da schmeckt das Frühstück gleich noch viel besser! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sympathisch und wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wir haben eine herrliche Woche in Aurach im Haus von Familie Obernauer verbracht.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom großen Balkon in die Bergwelt ist grandios.
Dazu gibt es sehr sympathische Gastgeber, bei denen wir gerne wieder einkehren werden!
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben in der schönen Wohnung von Frau Obernauer gewohnt, um von dort aus das Skigebiet unsicher zu machen. Sowohl Kitzbühel als auch Jochberg sind schnell erreicht, dennoch liegt die Wohnung ruhig und abseits des Trubels, um sich vom Tag auf der Piste bestens zu erholen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut aufgeteilt und ausgesprochen sauber. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
