This luxurious apartment is part of the Beach Residence, right in the center of Cadzand-Bad. Everything you need is within walking distance. Not only the beach and the sea, but also the supermarket and the bakery. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Layout:
The spacious and stylishly furnished living room has a cozy sitting area with a wonderful sofa. In the spacious dining area with a large table seating eight, you can enjoy meals with the whole family. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped. There is an induction stove, a dishwasher, a combination oven - microwave, and a fridge with freezer compartment. The large sliding doors lead you to the terrace, which is situated amidst the dunes. The three bedrooms are located at the front of the building.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds, making it ideal for children. In the hallway, there is a second bathroom with a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway.
There is a private parking space for the car in the garage (free of charge). Bicycles can be stored in the bike shed.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad right on the beach promenade, just 50 meters from the beach and the sea, and opposite the shopping arcade. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine per year for sun worshippers.
