The bright and friendly holiday home is equipped with every comfort, including internet connection and TV, and air conditioning is available in all rooms. The 80 m² living space is all on one level, with a shower, bathroom, bedroom, children's room, and a living area with kitchen, making it accessible without barriers. The property includes a large private outdoor area, with a large pool, 2 terraces with seating groups, sun loungers, a gas grill, and 2 parking spaces within the grounds. The lawns are made of artificial grass to keep water usage as low as possible.
The house consists of 2 semi-detached halves, one is available for rent, while the other is occupied by the owner's family themselves. The owner's family lives in Germany. During the rental period, guests will have the complete outdoor area to themselves, as the landlord will not be present.

On Sunday 19.05.24, the Giro d'Italia will visit. Manerba is the starting point for the Manerba-Livigno stage.
On Saturday 15.06.24, all classic car enthusiasts will get their money's worth, as the "Mille Miglia" will pass through the town on this day.
Manerba del Garda is one of the municipalities of Valtenesi, which stretches from Desenzano to Salò. The area is known for its wine production (Groppello and Chiaretto), as well as for its delicious olive oil, which is extracted in the autumn in the oil mills (Frantoio). A climb up to the Rocca di Manerba is worthwhile, as you are rewarded with a fantastic panorama of Lake Garda. Manerba offers a rich range of activities for those who love nature, water sports, hiking, or mountain biking tours.
Take the Brenner Motorway to the Affi exit, then take the SR450 to Peschiera del Garda, and from there head towards Desenzano del Garda, then onto the SP572 to Manerba del Garda.
