Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the tenant will receive the deposit back less an expense allowance of 10% of the apartment rent (days x rent) if another rental is possible.
Otherwise, the following rule applies:
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period will be charged 25%, after that 75%, and from 10 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental amount as a cancellation fee. In the event of early departure or no-show, there is no entitlement to a refund.

Private beach access through the garden, cycle path to Cape Arkona and Glowe. Perfect location for relaxing walks on the beach or on the quiet side of the Bodden. From the nearby Breeger harbor you can take a boat to Hiddensee or to the Störtebeker Festival.
Getting there
Via Stralsund we cross the Rügen Bridge, the gateway to the island of Rügen. Then we continue on the B96 via Bergen, Lietzow, Sagard, Glowe, Juliusruh.

Bei der Anreise hat die Schlüsselübergabe wunderbar funktioniert. Beim betreten der Wohnung war ein dominanter Fettgeruch das Erste was uns ereilte. Wiederrum waren frische Blumen und eine Flasche Sekt zum Empfang bereit gestellt. Der Blick aus dem großen Panoramafenster ist unbezahlbar. Für uns war der Schlafraum eine Überraschung, der Zugang ist nur für sportliche Personen für uns war das kein Problem. Eine große Grundreinigung mit allen Ecken und Kanten wäre angebracht, die Badezimmertür geht gar nicht. Wir haben den Sonnenaufgang mit dem tollen Blick genossen sodass wir alles andere hintendran gestellt haben. Die naturnahe Umgebung ist fantastisch.
