The 40 sqm holiday apartment impresses with its special architecture on two levels. In the lower living and dining area, a large arched window that reaches up to the ceiling offers a dramatic view of the Baltic Sea as far as Cape Arkona. A spiral staircase on the side leads to the gallery, where the sleeping area and a small work area with a desk are located. You can also enjoy a great view of the Baltic Sea from the bed. Please note that access to the gallery is only possible while bending over and the bed is very low.
A linen package can be booked optionally (per person). The package contains bed linen, bath towel, hand towel and bath mat. You will receive the package when you collect your keys together with the spa cards. We would like to point out that the beds are not made upon arrival.

Private beach access through the garden, cycle path to Cape Arkona and Glowe. Perfect location for relaxing walks on the beach or on the quiet side of the Bodden. From the nearby Breeger harbor you can take a boat to Hiddensee or to the Störtebeker Festival.
Via Stralsund we cross the Rügen Bridge, the gateway to the island of Rügen. Then we continue on the B96 via Bergen, Lietzow, Sagard, Glowe, Juliusruh.

In the event of a cancellation, the tenant will receive the deposit back less an expense allowance of 10% of the apartment rent (days x rent) if another rental is possible.
Otherwise, the following rule applies:
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period will be charged 25%, after that 75%, and from 10 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental amount as a cancellation fee. In the event of early departure or no-show, there is no entitlement to a refund.
