To reach Fiè allo Sciliar, the fastest and best road connection is the toll Brenner Motorway. Brenner Pass-Sterzing-Bressanone-Exit Chiusa/Val Gardena then continue on the state road (ss12) heading south to Ponte Gardena (about 10km). From there, follow the signs for the Sciliar area, Castelrotto. At the roundabout in Telfen, continue towards Fiè allo Sciliar. In Fiè, at the roundabout, take the third exit towards Ums. After about 1.5 km, you will find us on the right-hand side of the road.

Cancellations
Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal as defined in the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
Up to 3 months before the arrival day, the reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
From 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of the travel price. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
In case of a no-show or early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday.

Nevertheless, we recommend that you take out "cancellation protection" when you book your stay. This way, the cancellation fees can be covered and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries.
Covid-19 Cancellation Conditions
We would like to inform you that we have adapted our cancellation conditions to the Covid pandemic. If South Tyrol is declared a risk area and arrival is not possible, no cancellation fees will be charged for you. Current information can be found on South Tyrol Info.
