The spacious living area opens onto the covered terrace and offers an excellently equipped kitchen, two spacious dining areas and cosy seating areas indoors and outdoors.
The heated, 57m2 infinity pool with waterfall and air jets is adjacent directly to the terrace. Together with the central area of the house ample space for all residents is offered on nearly 100m2.
In the west and east wings of the fully air-conditioned house there are two bedrooms with double bed and bathroom en suite, as well as two bedrooms with single beds and a separate bathroom each. The east wing also houses the utility room. All bedrooms have doors to the pool terrace and sea views.

In spring and late autumn Crete is wonderfully green, flower carpets cover the otherwise barren landscape. Hiking or just walking is a pleasure! In summer, the crystal clear waters of the Libyan Sea, as well as the hidden bathing spots between the rocks below the house are awaiting you.
The villa is located by itself above the sea, terraces and pool are not visible to others and offer complete privacy. An unpaved road leads down to the beach.
In a few minutes by car you can reach Agios Pavlos with its tavernas, a protected bathing bay and a famous dune beach or Triopetra with its long and sandy beaches and excellent beach taverns.
The nearest shopping options are in Agia Galini or Spili, about half an hour's drive away.
