Imperia is located right by the sea and is a pair of cities, Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. Both cities are independent and therefore have their own markets, cinemas, etc. Porto Maurizio has a very beautiful old town with archways, stairways, and always a view of the sea. Here you will find many cafes and restaurants, a small marina, and sandy beaches. Oneglia is the city for shopping. The Italian Riviera offers many interesting destinations.
