Der Mieter kann jederzeit vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten, eine Umbuchung vornehmen oder einen Ersatzmieter stellen. Die Erklärung zu Rücktritt/Umbuchung oder Ersatzmieter ist von dem Tage an wirksam, an dem sie schriftlich (per Post, Fax oder E-Mail) bei uns eingeht. Tritt der Mieter vom Mietvertrag zurück kann laut nachstehender Staffel eine Ersatzmiete eingefordert werden:
Rücktritt bis zum 42. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 20% (mindestens jedoch 25 EURO)
Rücktritt bis zum 28. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 50%
Danach und bei Nichterscheinen: 80%
Der Abschluss einer Rücktrittsversicherung wird dem Mieter empfohlen.
Bei Nichtanreise ohne Ankündigung wird die Ferienwohnung 24 Stunden nach dem Anreisetermin wieder zur Vermietung frei gegeben. Ein Recht auf Bezug des Objektes besteht dann nicht mehr.
