This flat is on the upper floor of the newly built holiday home and offers space for 4-5 persons. It has 2 bedrooms with hypoallergenic beds. In the bright open living area there is a large sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, towel radiator and hair dryer. All rooms have electric blinds, underfloor heating and WLAN. TV's are available in the living room and the bedrooms. The large garden with garden house offers the ideal environment for pure recreation and relaxation. Garden furniture is available in the covered garden house area. E-bikes can be locked and charged in the garden house. Hoover, high chair, games and books as well as free parking spaces are available.
The holiday home has a second barrier-free flat on the ground floor for max. 4 persons, so that it is possible to rent both flats depending on availability. The use of washing machine and bicycles is possible against payment.
