Wonderful three storey holiday home with a large private pool for 16 people. The house consists of 8 bedrooms (6 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with separate beds). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with open fireplace and direct access to the covered terrace and pool. On the second and third floors there are bedrooms with bathrooms. From the balcony of this large house, furnished with rustic furniture from all over the world, offers a view of the western coast of Istria and the sea in the distance. The house also offers a pool (100 m2) with deck chairs, a beach volleyball court and a bowling court.

Barat is a small hilltop village in the central part of Istria, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding places and the sea in the distance. Due to its ideal position and good traffic connections with the cities of the western coast of Istria (Porec, Rovinj, Vrsar), it attracts many tourists and nature lovers. Recommended for cycling enthusiasts, there are many marked biking trails nearby that connect the famous historic Istrian towns.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
