Beautifully renovated 5 bedroom house with ensuite bathrooms; great seaview, AC. This villa is the perfect holiday spot within walking distance to the town centre and the beach.
The house is located on a domain near the centre of Sainte Maxime and just finished renovated to the highest standards.

The entrance opens to a lobby with a double bedroom on the left: queen size bed that can be turned into two singles, ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobe. This bedroom has garden views.

The rest of the ground floor is the family room with an open living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The large windows open to the beautiful seaview and leads onto the covered terrace with a dining area, summer kitchen with plancha and small fridge, a summer lounge to relax in, and a large heated pool.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room and large terrace with seaview and a summer lounge to enjoy an evening drink

The closest beach is only a 5 minute stroll downhill away, the pretty village Le Croix Valmer is a 10 minutes drive away, Ramatuelle only 5 minutes and St Tropez 15 minutes.
