Leider war es nicht sauber, es gab keine Bettwäsche, schmutzige Pfannen am Grill, Flasche, Schnuller, Heuschrecken auf dem Boden. Im Garten lagen viele Müllsäcke, die bei 30 Grad übel rochen und Ungeziefer anlockten. Der Kontakt mit Belvilla verlief schlecht. Die erste Nacht haben wir auf unseren eigenen Handtüchern geschlafen. Nach einem Tag kam die Bettwäsche für Einzelbetten an, während wir Doppelbetten gewünscht hatten. Noch einen Tag warten und dann kamen noch welche, aber leider ohne Moltons. Nach einer telefonischen Anfrage haben wir eine E-Mail mit Fotos an die von Belvilla angegebene SOS-E-Mail-Adresse gesendet. Die E-Mail wurde jedoch zurückgeschickt, da die Beschwerde bearbeitet worden war. Habe es noch einmal per Chat versucht, aber wir wurden rausgeschmissen.
