Welcome to the stylish and comfortable apartment centrally located in the romantic old town of Meersburg. Furnished with love to detail, the furnishing leaves nothing to be desired. In front of the front door is the lively lower town with the harbour, the lake promenade, its restaurants, stores and wine taverns. On the first floor there is a small store offering travel and fashion items. You have the choice - a picnic by the lake, Meersburg wine on the promenade or you can spend a quiet evening on the balcony of your apartment. For the parking garage West (5 minutes walk) a parking chip is provided free of charge.

Meersburg is the ideal central starting point to discover the diverse Lake Constance region. It is not far to the port and bus, as well as to the bakery and shopping facilities. The picturesque old town on the lake makes visitors rave. And those interested in culture also get their money's worth with seven museums. Directly next to the vacation apartment the Bodenseerundweg leads past, beautiful with a view of the lake and mountains for your jogging or evening walk.
From the north, south and east, take the Meersburg exit from the B 31 and follow the signs for the car ferry Konstanz. Follow the road past the traffic lights and down the hill. In the lower serpentine curve you turn left. *There you will see the Unterstadttor, the house is on the left side. You can stop on the road for a few minutes. Coming from Switzerland/West, take the car ferry from Constance to Meersburg. From the car ferry, follow the road and turn right at the sharp bend. Continue at *.
