In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.
A 300.00 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
During the high season the villa is only rented on weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.
