The spacious pool area faces west and offers unforgettable views of Cape Coral's sunsets. Specially made stools can be placed in the pool - so you can enjoy a good movie in the pool with a cold beer in your hand. A flat-screen TV outside ensures fun evenings outside.
The great pool (electrically heated) offers an unobstructed view over the wide canal directly into the sunset. The pool area can be separated with a safety fence to protect younger guests. Please ask.
Comfortable sun loungers are available. There are also two beach chairs that can be placed in the shallow water area, as well as enough chairs for the outdoor dining table. The large lounge lounger with sun canopy is particularly comfortable. An outdoor kitchen with a large 6-burner grill and refrigerator and sink ensures the perfect juicy US steak.
The large kitchen is in the center of the living area. Enjoy the view over the pool and canal while preparing dinner. Is there anything more beautiful? The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Please bring your favorite Nespresso capsules from home, a Nespresso coffee machine is at your disposal.

4 bedrooms with king-size beds comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Each room has its own bathroom, and another pool bathroom is also available. The master bathroom has a great corner bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower. Both the master bedroom and the junior bedroom have direct access to the pool area. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
