You can start your day with a cool dip in the chlorine private pool that sizes 6 x 3 metres and which water depth ranges from 0.8 to 1.6 metres. The terrace around the pool offers 5 sun loungers and exterior furniture to enjoy your time alfresco. The furnished porch invites to spend the evening with your family or friends.
Right when you enter the house, a cosy living-dining room with TV-sat and AC meets you. The renewed kitchen with a gas cooktop offers all appliances and utensils you need to cook your best dishes. Mal Pas - Bonaire is a peaceful area located at one of the ends of the island, in the area of Alcudia. The house is near the marina, full of boats and yachts, and of the fantastic coves of fine white sand of Sant Joan, and also near the rocky coves of La Victoria.
Puerto de Alcudia is not far away, and it s perfect to practice water sports and go shopping. You cannot miss a visit to Cap de Fomentor or the traditional street market in Alcudia town.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
