Upon entering the house you will find a magnificent hall that leads directly to the living room with fireplace. In this room you can enjoy watching satellite TV, a DVD movie, listening to music, or relaxing with a good read. The kitchen is unique and is furnished to enjoy endless after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen has everything you need to dazzle your guests, including gas stove. The laundry area is located on the terrace and you will find 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. This property has 3 bedrooms, 1 of them located on the GF with 1 double bed and the other 2 on the 1stF with 2 single beds each. There are a total of 2 bathrooms in the house, both with 1 shower, 1 in GF and the other in the 1stF, and if needed, you have access to 1 crib for younger children. There is A/C in the living room and in two of the bedrooms.
The salt pool measures 17X3m and has a depth ranging from 0.5m to 1.5m. Around the pool you have a total of 6 sunbeds available to you, so you can rest while tanning. This property has 2 terraces, a 26m2 one near the entrance to the house, which is furnished and where you can enjoy pleasant evenings with your loved ones. The 2nd terrace is located at the rear of the house and it has a thatched roof and a size of 15m2. In the area where the 2nd terrace is located you will also find the fixed barbecue where you can prepare a variety of dishes while enjoying the company outdoors. As a whole, this house offers 45m2 of paved area and 50m² of private lawn area, in which there are fruit trees. There are a total of 6 parking spaces and the property?s privacy is partial.

Golf: 21.2 km - Golf Park Puntiró
This property is in Lloret de Vistalegre. This town is known for its farmer tradition and was once part of the town of Sineu. Sineu has the traditional Wednesday market, which has been held for over 700 years and is the only one with live animals. Just 10 km away is the town of Algaida where, among other things, you can go horseback riding and also do the fantastic excursion to the Sanctuary of Cura, where you will enjoy unmatched views and tranquility. If what you prefer is golfing, 23km away you have the Golf Son Gual where you can spend the day practicing your swing. The island?s capital city, Palma, is just 33,8km away and there you have access to a variety of cultural visits and shopping options. One of the recommended visits is the one to the Cathedral of Palma, also called "Seu" in Majorcan. This is the only Gothic cathedral in the sea front and which has the largest rose window in the same style. If what you want is to go to the beach, the nearest one (30km away) to the south is the beach of s'Arenal. There you can enjoy all kinds of services and entertainment both during the day and at night; and you can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing or jet skis, among others. 31km to the north is the beach of Can Picafort, where there are all kinds of services and leisure activities.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in.
Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31.
Tourist tax: € 0.55 per person per night (not included) from November 1 until April 30.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
