The freshly renovated holiday home for five people is located in a holiday park that is largely car-free (barrier, access only with a key) and is ideal for families with children. There is a children's playground and a table tennis table.
The garden is surrounded by dense hedges that do not allow insights during the summer half of the year, thus offering ideal privacy.
Living kitchen:
cozy seating area with Wi-Fi (free), TV with digital reception of German channels, CD and DVD player, in the dining area a table with 5 chairs and a view of the south-facing garden (2 awnings). The kitchen furniture, a chest of drawers, and a display cabinet provide ample storage space.
Kitchen:
dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill and oven function, toaster, gas stove, pots, pan, casserole dish, coffee machine, and kettle. A basic set of spices is available.
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds.

In the shed next to the terrace, there are a washing machine, freezer, high chair, charcoal grill, clothes rack, lantern, and a children's surfboard.
Under the canopy at the shed, there are also three approximately 2.3 m long clotheslines (use children's stool for this).
The secluded garden is south-facing; two awnings, sun umbrella, and garden furniture are available.

Preferably by car, parking available right outside, second to last parking spot -
First, you drive past the Spar market at the campsite (village center) onto the bike path and parallel to the road towards the roundabout. Just before the roundabout, turn left. There, you will open the barrier with a chip on the key and then keep right/straight ahead until you reach the parking lot.

For holiday apartment rentals, a 10% reduction in rent is considered legally reasonable if the tenant terminates the lease for reasons not within the landlord's control and if no replacement tenant is found. In such a case, we would naturally make the apartment available for booking again and hope to find a replacement tenant, but of course, we cannot guarantee this.
As with all contracts concluded online, there is a two-week right of withdrawal, so if you cancel within two weeks, no costs will be incurred.
If you want to play it safe, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

We are a family of five and have spent our holidays in Sint Maartenszee several times. We liked the holiday park Boerenslag, the beach, and the area so much, and it is also so ideal for holidays with children, that we decided to purchase a holiday home here ourselves. We acquired it from a private owner, renovated it, furnished it nicely, and would like to continue maintaining it just as well.
