The holiday home meets all modern living needs. Everyone will feel comfortable in the house and garden. The house opens to the garden and terrace through a total of four doors. The garden is nicely laid out and offers both sunny and shady spots (pergola and leafy linden tree), so you can spend relaxing hours in the house and garden. Of course, every imaginable activity that the lake and mountains can offer is also possible. You are also very well connected to excursion destinations in the surrounding area by public transport or by car.
The holiday home is comfortable and modern. (fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, shower). You have a TV, an internet connection and a DVD player at your disposal. in addition to the terrace, the garden features a green pergola and a car parking space.

Around the Traunsee there are a variety of sporting and less sporting activities to enjoy. Besides leisurely walks (such as Grünberg, Gras- and Gmunderberg), there are also more demanding mountain tours you can take (such as Traunstein, Erlerkogel and Sonnstein).
The holiday home is situated on the edge of a housing estate, but still in a central location. Adjacent is a small forest offering lake and mountain views. There is a footpath through this forest you can take to get to the shops for your daily needs. There is a bus stop nearby and the train station is within 5 minutes walking distance. The lake promenade is just a 20-minute walk away. The location offers an excellent starting point for all activities in the resort area of Salzkammergut.

-On the B 145 (direction Gmunden/Bad Ischl)
-follow the B 145 until the village of Altmünster
In the village of Altmünster:
-turn right into Ebenzweierstraße (towards the train station)
-Keep left and drive into Maximilianstraße (continue towards the train station)
-at the crossing turn left into the Großalmstraße
After approx. 700 m turn into a dead-end street

Half of the rental price is due up to 7 days after booking. The second half of the rental price is due one week before the start of the journey. This also applies to the deposit lump sum of €100.

The final agreement is charged as a one-time €70.00 fee.
