It has a very spacious living room with a large internet TV and terrace door leading to the terrace with lake view. The bedroom with lake view has a double bed, and a fold-out bed for an additional person. A baby bed can also be provided. There is also a newly renovated bathroom with shower. For grilling activities, a Weber grill is available. On the adjacent terrace of about 100sqm, equipped with a lounge set and dining table, which belongs to the apartment, you have a breathtaking view of the lake, Millstatt, and the mountains beyond.

From our house, you have a stunning view over Millstatt and Lake Millstatt. Our holiday home is located directly in Millstatt in an impressive hillside position. You can access several hiking trails right from the house. In the surrounding area, there are numerous lakeside lidos as well as several boat rentals.
For sports enthusiasts, there is the option to cycle or roller skate around the lake. Jogging, climbing/abseiling, tennis, golf, diving, road cycling, or mountain biking are also popular leisure activities.

During the renovation, we placed great emphasis on sustainability and high-quality furnishings. Heating and hot water supply are CO2-neutral through biomass.
