Finca Son Catiu is located on a 15,000 m² plot of land with a total of four houses. The arrangement of the houses is designed in such a way that this does not detract from your privacy in any way. Three of the houses are available for rent and have a total living space of approx. 280 m². All houses were newly renovated in spring 2018 and brought up to a contemporary standard. The manager couple lives in the fourth house.

Each house has its own outdoor area and they stand therefore alone. The houses are ideal for larger groups up to a maximum of 15 people or for couples and small families, as the location of the houses on the large plot of land does not detract from their privacy. The tennis court is available to all guests of the finca.
Driving time from the airport is about 55 minutes. Take the MA-19 towards Santanyí. Then take exit 10 towards Manacor and take the MA-15 towards Manacor. At the roundabout before Manacor continue on the MA-15 towards San Llorenc/Cala Rajada. Follow the MA-15 until you reach the roundabout, where you turn off the MA- 4030 towards Son Servera/Cala Millor. You are now on the MA-4040 road, after the Pula Golf Course you will see the milestone [3.0 km] on your right. Immediately before it, turn left towards Artà/Ma-4041 and at the next roundabout take the first exit. Follow the road for 2.8 km and then turn right. From here it is another 650 m until you can see the entrance to the finca on the left.

In the event of a cancellation, we take the liberty of charging the following flat-rate cancellation fees:
a) In the event of cancellation up to 90 days before the start of occupancy, 20% of the rental price.
b) From the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of occupancy 60% of the rental price
c) From the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 80% of the rental price
d) From the 29th day until the day of the start of occupancy and in case of no-show without cancellation 100% of the rental price.
