Our holiday apartment offers space for 2 to 8 people and features 3 bedrooms (one bedroom has a 1.40 m wide bed). The 7th and 8th guests can sleep on a couch in one of the bedrooms.
There are two bathrooms! (1x corner tub and 1x shower).
The living/dining/cooking area features a kitchenette.
In the living area there is a couch as well as a television with SAT TV and a radio with CD player. The dining area is equipped with a large table for 8 people. The apartment also has a large balcony.
The holiday home is on the first floor of our house. The balcony, along with the entirety of the first floor, are for our guests only!
Free parking space at the house!
We are happy to provide a high chair, a travel cot and a pram for the duration of your stay.
The big balcony incl. garden furniture for up to 6 persons is laid out with a lawn carpet (ideal for children!!!).).

to the mountain landscape of the Ötztal valley. Why not make a detour to South Tyrol - the Timmelsjoch will take you straight to Merano.
At the entrance to the Ötztal (Ötztaler Höhe), drive into the valley past the towns of Sautens, Ötz, Umhausen and Längenfeld in the direction of Sölden - at the Mühlau district - turn right (signpost on the right-hand side of the road - A3 Granstein); and then simply follow the road for 1.3 km - past the first individual houses - on a small hill you come to a collection of houses - there please turn right after the small chapel, the 2nd house on the right. "Haus Berthold" lettering has been painted onto the garage.

Early departures must be paid in full (less local tax).
