The 140 sqm spacious apartment shown here is at ground level and offers a comfortable, elegant flair for leisure and relaxed time together.
For 2-4 people, there are 2 bedrooms with double bed or with two single beds, which can also be put together. A spacious corridor leads to all rooms. The living/dining area which lies underneath rafters has a fully equipped kitchen with island and offers space for the whole circle of friends or family.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also an additional WC.
For other family members or friends, there is also the apartment next door for 2 people (see the other advertisement).
Parking is free of charge right next to the house. Dogs are welcome.
There is also a shelter for your bicycle or motorcycle.
