Near the holiday home Buitenplaats 78, there are lovely facilities and many activities are organized. In Callantsoog, for example, you'll find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a tasty snack and a drink. A supermarket is just around the corner for all your groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where many activities are organized in the summer. Such as a morning horseback ride or learn to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The numerous hiking and biking trails through the beautiful dune area will lead you to nearby places like Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.

Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator
compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
more before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start date.
2.
The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus administrative
costs if the place is reserved by a third party on
the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period
or part of this period.
