A superb holiday home, approximately 80sqm, modernly equipped and furnished with lots of love. The entire property is fenced and not visible from the outside due to the greenery, covering about 1000sqm with a private pool and less than 1km from the beach with a view of Saint-Tropez.

The holiday home is about 500m from the coastal road D559 to reach the shops on foot.
There you will also find the pastry shop "La Tarte Tropezienne" (delicious baguette for breakfast).
Another 300m further, you can go directly to the beach via the access of the camping area "Les Prairies de la Mer".

Schöne Villa mit eigenem Charme

Wir haben haben schöne Tage im Ferienhaus Golf de Saint-Tropez verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit Allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Es ist sehr sauber und im Strandhausstil gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Außenbereich gibt es mehrere Sitzplätze und Terrassen und um den Pool herum kann man gut in der Sonne liegen.
Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel Möglichkeiten, tolle Eindrücke von der Côte d' Azur zu gewinnen. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Einziger Wermuthstropfen ist die Straße, die am Haus vorbeiführt. Sie ist zeitweise recht stark befahren und stört dann insbesondere, wenn man draußen sitzt.
Wir können aber das Haus in jedem Fall und gerne weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub mit viel Entspannung

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem tollen Anwesen verbracht.
Der Aufenthalt war beginnend mit der Anreise bis zur Abreise perfekt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und jederzeit mit Tips und Ratschlägen zu Ausflügen oder ähnlichem bestens versorgt.
Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt: Man erreicht fußläufig den Bäcker, Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants aber auch mit dem Auto ist es super zentral an viele wunderschöne Orte zu gelangen ohne eine lange Fahrtzeit in Kauf nehmen zu müssen.
Das Highlight ist der wundervolle Garten, der mit viel Liebe gestaltet und perfekt zum Entspannen ist.
Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen und danken Yannick nochmal sehr für die super Betreuung und seine Gastfreundschaft.

Das Ferienhaus versprüht provenzalischen Charme und ist hochwertig u. sehr ansprechend mit viel Dekoration eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigen könnte.
Den wunderschönen Sandstrand,
zwei kleinere Supermärkte sowie einen Bäcker erreicht man fussläufig in ca.15 Minuten. Auch das traumhaft schöne Zentrum von Port Grimaud ist nicht viel weiter. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr ungünstig, so dass wir empfehlen, das Auto für einen Besuch dort nicht zu nutzen.
Wir danken dem Vermieter u.Stephanie für die gute Betreuung. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.
