The house in Rieden am Waldsee (Eifel) has a spacious living-dining area. The living area is equipped with an electric stove, flat screen and Sonos Sound System. The adjoining area with a cosy dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, fully automatic coffee machine) invite you to linger.
From there you get to the comfortably furnished terrace with lounge furniture and loungers and the adjacent large, fenced green area. A real feel-good paradise.
Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200) with integrated reading lamps, 2 bedside tables, a TV and a closet with chest of drawers, have a cosy atmosphere. You can withdraw here and relax.
The elegant bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and daylight has direct access to the garden and thus simplifies the sauna visit (sauna starting 05/2020).
The entire house has 60 m² and is heated by underfloor heating (adjustable in rooms). In a side room there is a washing machine and dryer with a sink.
Experience soothing comfort at its finest in the perfectly equipped “Kleinen Auszeit”.

In addition to the bed linen, hand and bath towels, we also provide sauna towels and bathrobes (sauna starting 05/2020) and basic equipment with dish cloth, dish towel, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll and toilet paper.

The house is located in the middle of the holiday village Waldsee Rieden (Eifel), directly on the geological trail Riedener Kessel and the dream path Waldseepfad Rieden. This is the starting point for the 14.2 km circular hiking trail. The Waldseepfad Rieden is one of the 26 dream paths that have been awarded the hiking seal of the German Hiking Institute as a specialty hiking trail.
In the western part of Rieden there is a mineral spring with drinking water with high iron content as well as a Kneipp basin fed with spring water.
In the town centre there is a small “corner shop” that provides residents and holidaymakers with the most necessary items.
Due to the fantastic location and the fascinating nature, Rieden is a paradise for hikers, cyclists and connoisseurs.

You can reach the Waldsee Rieden holiday park from Cologne/Bonn and Koblenz as follows:
- Via the A61 to the Wehr/Nürburgring exit (No. 33)
- Follow the B412 towards Nürburgring (approx. 3 km)
- Take the Wehr / Rieden exit and
- Turn left onto the L114 (approx. 500 m),
-Then turn left onto the K64
-Follow the K64 continuing to the K19
-The K19 runs through the center of Rieden
- Behind the town sign (approx. 700 m), turn left into the Waldsee Rieden holiday park
-The "Kleine Auszeit" is the 3rd street on the left (sun terrace 1)

The following cancellation costs are calculated:
•Up to 60 days before the start of the holiday you will receive the down payment minus a flat rate of € 25.00 or the entire down payment (without flat rate) will be credited to you for a later holiday in the holiday home "Kleine Auszeit".
•From 60 days up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be forfeited for our benefit.
•30 days before the start of the holiday we have to invoice 80% of the booking price.
•In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge the total length of stay, provided
the holiday home could not be rented out.

Bookings that deviate from the minimum stay are possible on request.
