L'îlot de Lancelot, a cosy holiday apartment with a view of the sea in Perros-Guirec, Brittany, France, furnished with Sorfgalt.
Lancelot, the youngest in the family, is a charming little holiday home overlooking the sea and the archipelago of the 7 islands on the pink granite coast. Unlike the crowd of his sisters, Lancelot is a water rat with the soul of a great explorer. That is why Lancelot has decided to go further and settle elsewhere. Thus, among a small sailor, Perros-Guirec chose to stay in a very quiet and beautiful place.
One can say that Lancelot lives in a dreamlike place... He wakes up every morning to the song of the seagulls. As soon as he is finished, as soon as his shoes are laced, he goes directly to the customs road, the sentier des douaniers, and already he is on his way for a beautiful hiking day. Back home he cannot resist the crepes and reaches the beach of Trestraou via a small private staircase directly in front of his door. Here, on the fine sandy beach, Lancelot likes to rest, watch the seagulls and let the view wander over the sea.
Our holiday homes and apartments are ideal for individuals, couples and families. They are located on the same property in close proximity to each other, so that groups of up to 25 people can spend their holidays together, but in different accommodations.

On the ground floor of a former hotel, symbolic of the Belle Epoque seaside resort, our lovely holiday home is situated in an exceptional setting with panoramic views of the sea and the archipelago of the 7 islands. Opposite the entrance of the holiday home, a charming little staircase leads through the garden covered with agapanths and hydrangeas directly to the beach.

We live close to our gîtes, which allows us to guide our guests during their stay and to intervene very quickly in case of need.
Lancelot welcomes you and offers you a variety of activities and discoveries, without a car... How about the following :
- Hiking on the GR 34 along the sea
- Walk through the typical street of Ploumanac'h, which was voted the most popular place of the French in 2015.
-Enjoy the crêpes and galettes at the beach of Saint-Guirec
- Meet the dealers of Perros-Guirec and enjoy the market on Friday morning (10 minutes walk from the apartment).
- There is a small shuttle (le macareux, the puffin) that runs hourly through the village and stops just a few metres from the house.
- Open and taste some oysters overlooking the sea.
- And end the day with a beautiful sunset.
Near the apartment there is a shipping pier, a nautical centre and the possibility of thalassotherapy or a visit to the casino and going to the cinema. The beach is right in front of your feet and invites you to spend some hours in the fresh air listening to seagulls ad the sound of the ocean.

Cancellation by the renter
Any cancellation must be notified to the landlord by letter or e-mail.
If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit paid is reduced by a 3% administration fee and is reimbursed by the Manoir des petites Bretonnes. . If the cancellation occurs less than 31 days before the beginning of the stay, the totality of the stay is considered acquired by the owner, le Manoir des petites Bretonnes.
