The holiday home is situated on two floors and includes three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed, two living rooms with sleeper couches, a spacious parlour for relaxing with your family, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and sitting area, two bathrooms with bathtub/shower, two separate showers and a large (40 m2) south-facing terrace.
The Olympia apartment is furnished with free WiFi, three flat-screen TVs and cable television. For families with small children, we can provide a sled, pushchair, changing station, crib and baby bathtub at no charge. Two entrances for your comfort and convenience! There are two parking spaces in front of the house for guests arriving by car.
Service is our top priority! Freshly baked bread rolls served every morning, online ordering service for groceries before your arrival, use of the cross-country ski trails, free "Kaiserschmarrn" (sweet scrambled pancakes) when you reach the Nördlinerhütte (2,238 m), keyless entry system.

The Olympia apartment is located on the vast plateau of the Olympia region of Seefeld in Tyrol, directly on a tranquil, sunny southern slope with a view over the world-famous Seekirchl and the mountainous landscape of the Karwendel range.
Located within just minutes of the house by foot, you will find 250 km of cross-country ski trails, hiking and cycling routes, tennis courts, a swimming park with cinema and ice-skating rink, a romantic pedestrian zone with numerous shops, a casino, bars and restaurants.
If travelling from Germany:
Exit at Seefeld Nord and turn right in the centre of the village. Follow Olympiastraße about 300 metres until it merges into Leutascherstraße. Turn left and then immediately right again into the traffic-restricted 30 km.h zone. Turn onto Am Kirchwald and then drive about 100 metres up the hill. When you reach the Don Camillo pizzeria, turn left and then go 50 metres more until you reach the parking space with the sign that says 'Haus Anemone'.
If travelling from the south (Tyrol):
Turn left at the exit Seefeld Süd and then follow the street along Seefelder Wildsee until you reach Hotel Berggland, then turn left and follow the street towards Leutasch. Turn right at the tennis hall and then take a sharp left after 50 metres into the traffic-restricted 30 km/h zone. Follow the street up the hill for about 100 metres. Keep right at the fork in the road and after 50 metres, you will reach the parking space labelled 'Haus Anemone'.
Travelling from Switzerland/Vorarlberg:
At the tennis hall at the village inroad Seefeld Ost, drive straight ahead and then take a sharp left after 50 metres into the traffic-restricted 30 km/h zone. Follow the road uphill for about 100 metres. Keep right at the fork in the road and after 50 metres, you will reach the parking space labelled 'Haus Anemone'.

Owners Jakob & Doris Moncher welcome you to the Anemone House in Seefeld! Jakob Moncher is a pharmacist at Andreas Hofer pharmacy in Innsbruck. He is the inventor and developer of the Moncher's Doloverde product line of pain-relief ointments (www.dolverde.at). His hobbies are (cross-country) skiing, golf and jogging. Doris Hilbe-Moncher is the business administrator and head of marketing at our pharmacy. Her hobbies are skiing, snowboarding, hiking, golf and travel.
