This cozy holiday home with pool is suitable for 4 persons and was modernized in early 2020. It is located in a quiet side street of the small town of Cala Lombards. The beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot, the cliffs overlooking the sea are only about 200 meters away.
Our casa has 2 bedrooms with double beds. The large bedroom has a dressing room with a large wardrobe and dressers. An (existing) baby bed can also be set up here without any problems. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower. The open kitchen is equipped with all amenities such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, Senseo and Nespresso coffee machine and other extras. In the living area, a cozy seating area invites you to relax. A television (satellite TV) with a DVD player, a Bose Bluetooth music system, games and books are available. A washing machine is available. The dining room is in the winter garden - the sides can be opened completely.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (optionally bookable). In both bedrooms, ceiling fans are also installed for cooling.
The garden around the house has a pool (4.5 x 3 meters) with a sun terrace and outdoor shower. From the roof terrace you have a view of the church of Santanyi. There is more comfortable seating around the house. There is another dining area under a covered terrace. A grill is available.
In winter the house is heated by a fireplace (and the air conditioning).
The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated.

In the quiet town of Cala Lombards there are 2 small supermarkets / bakeries that are within walking distance. There is also a bar here, where locals and holidaymakers can eat and drink cheaply. A nice beach bar with good cuisine (including fresh fish) invites you to linger in the bay.
The cliff-lined bay of Cala Llombards can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Here you will find a fine sandy beach and crystal clear water. If you like, you can swim, snorkel and jump from the cliffs into the sea. Loungers under umbrellas and pedal boats are rented.
The fantastic "postcard bays" Cala des Moro and Cala s´Almunia are about 2.5 kilometers away.
The next largest town Santanyi can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. A nice weekly market awaits you on Wednesdays and Sundays. But the visit is also worthwhile on other days! Numerous nice shops and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger. Larger supermarkets (Eroski / Lidl) are on the outskirts.

In summer of 2019 our family spent their holidays in this beautiful holiday home (at that time still Casa del Sol) in Cala Llombards. We have been going to the beautiful bay and Santanyí for many years and it was always a dream to own a holiday home here. When the opportunity arose, we realized this dream. As a modernized Casa Delfin, we are renting out for the first time in summer 2020.
