Duinland 46 is a beautifully maintained holiday home with a lovely garden, suitable for 6 guests. The house features a bright and cozy living and dining room. The seating area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a digital TV with German and Dutch channels. There is also a DVD player available. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, and the dining table comfortably seats 6 people. The beautiful open kitchen is equipped with many conveniences such as a dishwasher, 4 gas burners, a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a filter coffee machine. Upstairs in Duinland 46, there are three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed (90x210). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200). A third smaller bedroom, more suitable for children (it does not have a door, but a curtain for privacy), has two single beds (90x200). The bathroom is located on the ground floor and includes a bathtub, shower, and sink. There is a separate toilet. The spacious, fully fenced garden with garden furniture and a picnic table offers plenty of privacy, and you can enjoy the sun here! The garden also features a covered area with a seating corner made from pallet wood. In the front garden, there is a large trampoline, perfect for children to play on. Wifi is available in the house, and 1 dog is allowed.

Bungalow Park Duinland is situated right behind the dunes, approximately 900 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. The park features several small playgrounds for children and a tennis court. As the dunes of Sint Maartenszee are quite wide, you can reach the beach via a beautiful cycling and hiking path through the dunes. De Goudvis, a popular amusement park for children, is just a short walk from the park, as are several restaurants and flea markets that take place in the summer.

Cancellations are possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing. Upon cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay Callinghe compensation. This amounts to:
- up to 61 days before the start of the trip* 25% of the travel price + the booking fee; (from May 1, 2020)
- from the 60th day to the 35th day before the start of the trip* 50% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- from the 34th day to the 2nd day before the start of the trip* 90% of the travel price + the booking fee;
- for a later withdrawal or if the trip is not commenced, the entire travel price is due.
The date of receipt of the written cancellation notice at Callinghe is always decisive.
The compensation is to be refunded proportionally minus the administrative costs if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of Callinghe for the same period or part of this period.
