On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms with three bathrooms. A large terrace extends from the living room with a view of the Biokovo Nature Park, which does not spoil its beauty. There are two large covered terraces on the ground floor, in the separate cottage there is a summer kitchen with a fireplace and the pool is equipped with hydromassage shower. The house is located in the small village Zavojane near Vrgorac and Makarska town, behind the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park. The nearest center with everything you need for a pleasant vacation is Vrgorac, 8 km away. Beautiful beaches can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Nearby is the entrance to the Biokovo Mountain Nature Park, with a new attraction - SKYWALK - a viewpoint from which you can see the whole coast of Central Dalmatia, the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands. There is also a restaurant with local organic cuisine and horses. This natural environment is the perfect choice for a peaceful vacation.

Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs (exc.cleaning):

- up to 60 days before arrival: possible cancellation
- up to 43 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 29 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 28 days before arrival) 100% of the rent.
- - No show or interruption of the holiday ... 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) The renter can prove a lesser damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4)The date applicable is the day the explanation of cancelation is received by the advertiser.
All usage-bound costs are included in the rental price.
