The "Maisonette" features a private entrance and a very lovely garden seating area! The decor is in warm colors and individually styled, ideally harmonizing with the original Tuscan architectural style. The ambiance is invitingly rustic, and the combination of wooden beam ceilings, terracotta floors, and country house furniture (some of which are antique) is particularly well done. The kitchenettes and bathrooms are functional and practically equipped.
The friendly owners personally welcome their guests and once a week, they invite them to an "aperitivo." The total of 9 holiday apartments and houses are spread across 5 natural stone buildings.
Magnificent and spacious private outdoor terraces, beautifully designed pool (15 x 9 meters) with underwater massage and the opportunity to use sun umbrellas and loungers for free at a beach club recommended by the landlords! Excellent homemade olive oil is offered for sale to guests!

A quaint little town is about a 15-20 minute walk away, where there are some grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Other particularly beautiful places on the Etruscan coast such as Montescudaio, Casale Marittimo, Bolgheri are within easy reach; of course, the world-famous wines of this region are also worth mentioning. As far as the eye can see: Mediterranean pine forests, centuries-old olive trees, and the sea on the horizon.
