The villa features a spacious living room, decorated in a traditional manner, yet with new furniture. There is a roomy seating area with satellite TV and comfortable sofas. Then there is a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and cooking utensils. A coffee machine is available. Internet and air conditioning are provided.
There are four separate bedrooms in the villa, all on the first floor. You can use up to 3 bedrooms for 2 people each and one room for four people. There are also two spacious bathrooms with shower and toilet. One of the bathrooms has a large bathtub. There are 3 separate toilets.
Outside, there is a large fenced garden with a terrace and a large heated pool. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols.
Parking is available at the back of the villa with ample space. The beaches of Spotorno are 7 km away, and the small town of Noli is 10 km away. For a supermarket, you are within two kilometers.
