A beautiful holiday home, lovingly furnished with attention to detail, located in close proximity to the Ijsselmeer, suitable for up to 6 guests. In front of the terrace, you have your own private boat dock with direct access to the Dutch waterways.
A small inflatable boat with an electric outboard motor is also available for use.
The holiday home is separated from neighboring houses by hedges.
The house is situated in the Bungalowpark Zuiderzee in Medemblik, a fantastic place with numerous leisure activities.
The holiday home has a living space of approximately 90 m². On the ground floor, there are a living and dining room with a cozy bay window and large windows overlooking the terrace, garden, and boat dock. Connected to the living area is a high-quality kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a separate bottle fridge, and further extensive equipment. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms (each with a TV) and a modern bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub. Furthermore, there is a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.
Attention: You can check in with us as early as 12:00 PM, and check out is possible until 4:00 PM.
The use of our inflatable boat with an electric outboard motor for 2 1/2 people is included in the rental price after a brief introduction. The electric motor makes handling simple.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sun umbrella, and a sun lounger. A spherical grill is also available for use.
For cozy evenings, there is an ethanol fireplace in the living room and a fire basket on the terrace.
The house has 3 bedrooms (one double bed 160x200 and two pull-out beds 80-160x200).
Bed linen and towels are available for a fee.
Furthermore, the house has a storage room upstairs with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board, and iron.
Two ladies' bicycles and three children's bicycles (16", 20", 24") are available for free use on site.
For families, a high chair, stair gate, travel cot, and children's dinnerware are provided.
There is a parking space directly in front of the house, and you will receive an access card to the parking facility upon arrival from the reception.

In the nearby area, you can reach Enkhuizen and Hoorn at about 20 km, Alkmaar and Den Helder (with ferry connection to the island of Texel) at about 35 km, Amsterdam at about 50 km.
The town center of Medemblik with its picturesque downtown, numerous shopping opportunities, old houses with narrow alleys, various marinas, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and cafes is about 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot.
Furthermore, there is a restaurant on the park premises and a beach bar directly on the sandy beach of the Ijsselmeer just a few hundred meters away.
Medemblik is also known as an international water sports center and regatta center, where sailors from all over the world come together.
The Bungalow Park Zuiderzee, where the holiday home is located, consists of a very well-maintained park and also offers you a subtropical indoor swimming pool with solarium, a tennis court, a soccer field, a volleyball court, a table tennis table, and a children's playground. Fishing is also excellent in the waters...
During the summer holidays, there is an animation team available for children in the park.
From Amsterdam, you can reach Medemblik after about 50 km heading north, directly adjacent to the Ijsselmeer.
Coming from Osnabrück, you can alternatively take the route over the dam between Markermeer and Ijsselmeer, which runs from Lelystad to Enkhuizen.
The distance from Osnabrück or Duisburg is about 250 km, from Bremen it is about 320 km.
