The holiday flat has a large, bright combined living-dinig-room and a well equipped kitchen: dishwasher, built-in oven, fridge/freezer combination, Nespresso and a kettle. The sleeping room is spacious and quite and an extra bed can be placed. The bathroom (bath tub with shower) is large, the toilet is separated. There is a storage for sports equipment (bicycles, skis) available and there are parking facilities in front of our house.

Drive through Abtenau-market and stay on the main road towards "Russbach", after about 1.5 km turn left (after the restaurant "Fischbachstube). After about 200 m (low pitch) you have to turn right and then it is the 1st house again on the left side.
