Drift away from the everyday in this beautiful setting - pure relaxation. The terrace is charmingly furnished, and you also have your own sunny rooftop terrace with garden furniture. You'll enjoy a beautiful view of the water.
Layout: Living area with lots of glass and windows that open, comfortable seating/sleeping couch with TV, fully and luxuriously equipped kitchen.
The bedroom is separated from the living room by a glass door; comfortable double bed (180x200) and adjoining small shower as well as a sink and mirror. Ample closet space is available. Separate WC.
You have a wonderful view of the water and the small marina. The outdoor area offers a seating arrangement with a garden table and chairs. You also have a rooftop terrace with a wonderful view of the water!

The houseboat 't 'Karma' is located in a small harbor of a former historical shipyard on the North Holland Canal.
Schoorl is a charming little place with all the shopping facilities you need, and Bergen is known as an artists' village.
The beach at Schoorl aan Zee can only be reached by bicycle. There are wonderful cycling paths through the forest and dunes to the beach. By car, you can quickly get to the beach at Camperduin.
Don't miss out on visiting the surrounding cities like Alkmaar, Haarlem, and Amsterdam. From Alkmaar, you can be in the center of Amsterdam in 40 minutes by train.
Arrival and departure days in the summer are Saturdays.
