The villa "Noemi Grande" offers a unique holiday sensation from its stunning hillside location with a view of the sea. Surrounded by beautiful green spaces, shady spots, and various terraces, this magnificent stone villa is nestled in the midst of an approximately 8000 sqm property. Together with the adjacent house, which is about 300 m away, it can accommodate up to 14 people. The villa has 430 sqm of living space. The covered terrace with a large dining table reveals the view of the splendid 10 m x 5 m pool with step entry. Additionally, in the outdoor area, you'll find a shaded covering for the sun loungers and a table tennis table. From the terrace, you enter the open-plan living/dining area, which is equipped with an extra-large satellite TV and a fireplace. A cozy seating arrangement is grouped in front of the fireplace, and another dining table is also available for cooler evenings. The kitchen is modernly furnished and fully equipped.
