The peaks seem within reach: The Berghoamat Apartment is located right under the roof, offering you a unique view of the mountain world of the Ötztal Alps. The living room and kitchen lure you with a pleasantly airy atmosphere - above the rooftops of Sautens, you enjoy the absolute seclusion of a private apartment.
One floor below, there are two cozy bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The rooms have been furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality natural materials. In front of the house, a free parking space awaits you.
During summer, the Ötztal In Summer Card is included in the price (June 3 - October 3).
This allows you to enjoy free rides on the mountain lifts and public transport, whether going up the mountain or through the entire valley. You can participate in a guided hike or explore the Ötztal on a mountain bike tour with a rental bike. Afterwards, you can relax in one of the swimming pools and bathing lakes in our valley, the Freizeit Arena in Sölden, or the Tirol Therme Aqua-Dome in Längenfeld, or around the bathing lake of AREA 47.

Enjoy the tranquil location of our place at the entrance of the Ötztal valley. From here, it opens up the entire Ötztal dimension to you. In summer, it's the ideal starting point for numerous activities in and around the valley. In winter, you can quickly reach the winter sports resorts of Hoch Oetz, Kühtai, Sölden, Obergurgl-Hochgurgl.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach grocery stores, a bakery, a restaurant, a doctor, as well as the bus stop.
By car
- On the A7 from Ulm-Füssen-Reutte (B314) via the Fernpass to Imst - Ötztal entrance (no toll sticker required).
- On the A95 from Munich to Garmisch-Seefeld-Telfs-Ötztal
- On the A8 Munich-Rosenheim-Kufstein-Innsbruck, exit Ötztal.
Then 4 km to Satuens. Follow the village road towards Tirolerhof/Bärenklause. Just before Tirolerhof, turn sharply left towards Church-Haderlehn. Our house is then directly on the left side.
By train
- The nearest train station is the Ötztal station, 5 km away. From there, you can easily travel by bus.
